Terms of delivery
We use our shipping partner DPD to ensure your order is delivered promptly. Shipments of orders of €50 or more to addresses in Belgium,the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg are free of charge. Shipments of orders of less than €50 to your home or work address or a DPD pick up parcelshop cost only €5.00. Shipments to other countries are not currently possible.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Home delivery or delivery to a DPD pickup parcel shop. Your order can be shipped to your home, your work orother address or to a DPD pick up parcel shop.
Note: you must pick up your order from a DPD pick upparcel shop with in seven days. If you do not, your order will be returned tous and refunded.
The lordxlilies brand is sold in 250 stores in Belgium.These are all independent multi-brand stores that do not have a directrelationship with lordxlilies or The Woody Group. This means that you cannot currently pick up your order from one of these stores.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Orders can only be delivered to addresses in Belgium,the Netherlands, Germany, Franceand Luxembourg. The following shipping costsapply:
Orders less than €50: €5.00
Orders more than €50: no charge
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TERM?
Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France andLuxembourg: 2-5 working days after placing an order.
The delivery term depends on various factors, such as stock availability, delivery method and payment method.
Every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery once payment has been received. After placing your order, you receive an orderconfirmation by email. If all articles in your order are directly available the delivery term will by 2-5 working days. You will receive an email with a trackand trace code as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form on our website, stating your order number. We will look into it immediately.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You can check the status of your shipment at www.dpd.be. All you need is the 14-digit tracking number. You will receive an email withtrack and trace code to check the status of your shipment online as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
DPD will always notify you of the delivery date in advance. Need to change the date? You can do so up to one hour before the scheduled delivery. You can change the delivery date and address using the shipping confirmation you receive from DPD. You can change the delivery date and address.
On the delivery date you will receive an email or text message stating the one-hour window in which your order will be delivered.

WHAT IF I’M NOT THERE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
That’s no problem. Your order will be left with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, your parcel will be taken to a pick up parcel shop near you. You decide when you go to pick it up, which ensures you have your order as soon as you need it.
The DPD driver will put a note through your letterbox stating the address of the pickup parcel shop and from when you can pick up your parcel. DPD will also send you an email when the parcel arrives at the pickup parcel shop.
Take your ID when you go to pick up the parcel. You have seven days to pick up the parcel. After that it will be returned to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, if it does not fit perfectly or it’s damaged, you can return it within 14 calendardays.
ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
Returns within 14 calendar days are not free of charge. You pay the costs of returning an article.
For returns in Belgium: If no shipping costs were charged for your original order, and the retail price of your return is less than €50, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MYPURCHASE?
Every article ordered can be returned within 14 calendardays. Return articles (wherever possible in their original packaging) should be dropped off at a pickup parcel shop along with the return form. Find yournearest pickup parcelshop at www.pickup.fr/pudo/finder.sls). Bear in mind thatarticles will not be accepted if they are returned dirty, damaged, altered,changed in any other way or have been worn. They must be returned with all original tags still attached.
Take note that if that articles are tried on, this must be done in the same way as commonly done in stores. Special hygiene stickers or seals on articles must not be removed or broken.
You should return each article in its original packaging with the completed return form. Don’t forget to describe the articles you wishto return on this form. Affix the enclosed DPD return sticker over your addresslabel on the outside of the box. You do not have to give a reason for your return. But we would appreciate one, as this will help us tailor our quality and service to your expectations. It is not currently possible to exchange an article for a different size using the return form. If you would like a different size, you can place a separate order.
CAN I RETURN ARTICLES AT A STORE?
The lordxlilies brand is sold in 230 stores in Belgium.These are all independent multi-brand stores that do not have a direct relationship with lordxlilies or The Woody Group. This means that you cannot currently return articles at one of these stores.
I BOUGHT A LORDSXLILIES ARTICLE IN A STORE. CAN I RETURN IT TO THE LORDSXLILIES ONLINE STORE?
Only articles that are purchased in the lordsxlilies online store atwww.lordsxlilies.com can be returned as set out above. If you are not happy with an article you purchased in an independent store, you should return it to the same store within 14 calendar days. Note that the store may have an extended return policy. Take care to take your receipt with you.
I BOUGHT A LORDSXLILIES ARTICLE ONLINE FROM MY LOCAL STORE. CAN I RETURN IT TO THE LORDSXLILIES ONLINE STORE?
Only articles that are purchased in the lordsxlilies online store at www.lordsxlilies.com can be returned, along with the returnform, as set out above. Articles purchased online from a store that sells lordsxlilies products must be returned in accordance with that store’s returnpolicy. The independent store will be able to give you more information.
HOW AM I REFUNDED WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
You receive a refund by the same method you used to make the original payment. If you paid by debit card or in an online banking app, the refund will be paid into the same account from which you made the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be paid into your creditcard account and will be listed as a credit on your next statement.
